The Physician Compensation & Contracting Analyst provides contracting support services for Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) to include physician compensation design, benchmarking, financial analysis and recommendations. The Analyst serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and collaborates with team members on ongoing evaluation and improvement of compensation models.

The Pricing Financial Analyst is responsible for independently managing the full lifecycle of pricing and cost analysis activities from pre-award proposal development through post-award contract execution and reporting.
